For a while now I have been using an JumpSquares, an awesome free tool which I feel deserves all the praise it can get. It is developed by Kendrik Coleman (@KendrickColeman & www.kendrickcoleman.com).
In a nutshell it allows you to save all of your network locations for easy access on one simple page. I predominantly use it for my home lab which is great for those times when you don’t use it for 3 weeks and have no idea what the vCenter IP address is when you return. The idea itself is very simple but it has been very well executed, the logos are a nice touch and make it easy to find what you need. You can even apply tags to items if your page gets too large so you can narrow your search down to a network/client/device.
